At least 14 Iranians have been killed and 23 others injured in an accident in eastern Turkey, a high-ranking Turkish official says. An Iranian passenger bus turned over near Dogubayazit town of eastern Turkey's Agri province, which borders Iran, leaving 14 dead and 23 others injured, Agri Governor Mehmet Cetin said in a statement on Monday. The injured were taken to hospitals in the province for treatment. Cetin also noted that the death toll may rise as some passengers were in serious conditions. Road accidents are quite frequent in eastern Turkey.
